Day 01: BIA-Kandy
At arrival Bandaranaike International Airport you will be received by our representative, who will transfer you to Kandy, en-route visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage on the way. See the elephants frolicking at the nearby river and orphaned baby elephants being bottle-fed. At arrival check in to the hotel. Spend the evening within the mesmerizing interiors of Temple of the Tooth Relic followed by a concert showcasing traditional Sri Lankan music and dance. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Kandy – Dambulla – Kandalama
After breakfast, spend the morning strolling amidst the exotic flora of Peradeniya Botanical Gardens and head to Dambulla temple, an ancient cave temple with intricate frescoes and magnificent Buddha statues, then continue drive to Kandalama. Check-in the hotel and spend the night in Kandalama on the banks of the Kandalama Reservoir.
Day 03: Kandalama -Sigiriya – Anuradhapura
Spend the early morning on the banks of the KandalamaWewa enjoying the rich birdlife through a bird watching trip. Try conquering Sigiriya a rock fortress and a pleasure garden, adorned with murals of beautiful damsels. After breakfast proceed towards Anuradhapura, the greatest city of Lanka. Day 04: Anuradhapura City Tour
Today after breakfast proceed for a day sightseeing of the ancient city of Anuradhapura including the visit to the Ruwanwelimaha Seya, the great stupa of Lanka and the Jaya Sri MahaBodhiya, the sacred fig tree, one of the oldest trees in the world. Behold the serene beauty of Samadhi Buddha Statue and spend the evening riding the waters of Kala Wawa. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Anuradhapura -Polonnaruwa
On day fifth proceed to Polonnaruwa commence exploring one of the better-kept ruins of ancient Ceylon – the UNESCO World Heritage City of Polonnaruwa and end the day with a boat ride in Parakrama Samudraya. Have dinner and night stay.
Day 06: Polonnaruwa
Breakfast at hotel and continue exploring the city of Polonnaruwa and head to Minneriya Wildlife reserve neighbouring Kavdullah National Park, a vast sanctuary home to about 250 wild elephants, wild buffaloes, spotted deer, sloth bear, etc. Evening free to relax at the hotel/ resort. Have dinner and night stay.
Day 07: Polonnaruwa – Colombo
After breakfast check out of the hotel at Polonnaruwa and driven back to Colombo. Later proceed for a city tour at Colombo, where you will visit the National Museum and the Antiquities replica sales Centre at Museum premises. Have dinner and night stay.
Day 08: Colombo – BIA :
