Day 1: Colombo – Pinnawela – Dambulla
After arriving at the BI airport you will be received by our representative, who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel at Dambulla. Enroute you will stop at Pinnawela, visit the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage and observe the captive-breeding program under controlled conditions. Check-in the hotel and night stay.
Day 2: Dambulla – Sigiriya
After breakfast at the hotel proceed for sight-seeing at Dambulla. Visit Dambulla Rock Temple, containing around 150 images of Lord Buddha. Later, continue towards Sigiriya. After reaching, move to the hotel and leave for sightseeing. You will cover the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, popular for its amazing frescoes. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Sigiriya – Polonnaruwa
On day third after breakfast proceed for day-trip to Polonnaruwa. Enjoy its famous ancient spots like the remains of the Royal Palace, The Lotus Bath, Gal Vihara and so on. For lunch, return to Sigiriya. Evening free to relax at the hotel. Have dinner and night stay.
Day 4: Sigiriya -Kandy
After breakfast check out the hotel and proceed for Kandy. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Later leave for a city tour. Enjoy exploring the Arts & Crafts Centre, town and market of Kandy, the Kandy Lake, as well as the well-known Temple of the Tooth Relic. Evening is booked for attending a cultural event. Day 5: Kandy -Nuwara Eliya
Today after breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya. A hill resort famous for tea production. Also visit the highest mountain in Sri Lanka, Pidurutalagala (8282 ft). Evening free. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Nuwara Eliya -Beruwela
Post breakfast, proceed to Beruwela. At arrival check into the hotel. Indulge in leisure activities at the beach. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 7: Colombo (departure)
On the last day of your tour, get transferred to the airport of Colombo for boarding the flight for your onward destination.
