Day 01 – Arrival at Delhi

We at Delight India Holiday welcome you to your Rajasthan with Taj & Varanasi tour. After you arrive at the Delhi airport you will be Welcomed by our representative, who will escort you to your pre-booked hotel. You must be tired so, after checking in take some rest and freshen up. Visit a few attractions of the Capital of India, like Qutub Minar- one of the tallest  brick minaret in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also visit Humayun’s tomb, Lotus Temple , India Gate, Parliament house. Later in the evening you can visit Red fort to enjoy the Light and sound show, the Red fort was residence to the Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years. After dinner overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02, Delhi – Udaipur / flight

After breakfast check out of the hotel. We will drop you at the Delhi Airport to take your flight to Udaipur. Our representative will receive and escort you to the hotel. Udaipur is famous for stunning lakes, museums, castles and monuments. The lake city was the former capital of Mewar Kingdom in the western Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded by Maharana Udai Singh II in 1559 . After checking in take rest and freshen up.

You can explore the city in the evening by yourself. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03, Udaipur:

Post breakfast at hotel proceed for the Udaipur city tour. The first place you will visit in the morning will be Saheliyon ki Baari. After that we will take you to Jagdish Temple and then you will move to city Palace complex. Another famous place you will visit is Mor Chowk. Apart from these another famous place in the city you will visit Fateh Sagar Lake. If you are an art lover then you must visit Folk Art Museum. Witness the breath-taking sunset in ‘Pichola’ and enjoy the beauty of nature, also you will visit the local city markets and have your dinner in a famous restaurant of the city. After dinner overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04, Udaipur – Ranakpur- Jodhpur:

On the fourth day, after breakfast you will be escorted to Jodhpur. En-route visit Ranakpur, famous for Ranakpur Jain temple and Surya Narayan temple, then continue to drive towards Jodhpur. Upon arrival at Jodhpur, check-in at the hotel.

Later leave for a sightseeing tour of the city, visiting Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada Cenotaph, The Umaid Bhavan Palace and Clock tower. Also, visit traditional villages to experience the village culture. After dinner, overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 05 – Jodhpur – Pushkar- Jaipur

After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Jaipur- the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and in 1727, founded what is now called the Old city, or “Pink city” for its trademark building colour. On the way visit Brahma temple and Pushkar lake. After reaching Jaipur check in to the hotel. You’re free to relax in the afternoon. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 06 – Jaipur

After breakfast visit Amber fort – most famous monument of Jaipur, where you can enjoy an elephant ride and then visit Jaigarh fort. After lunch explore other attractions of the city, like the famous City Palace – a palace complex in Jaipur, visit Albert hall & Museum, Hawa Mahal – a palace in Jaipur, India, named so because it was essentially a high screen wall built so the women of the royal household could observe street festivals while remaining unseen from the outside, Constructed of red and pink sandstone, the palace sits on the edge of the city. Visit Jantar Mantar and in the evening visit Jal Mahal. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 07 – Jaipur – Agra

After breakfast proceed to Agra – the city of marbles . En route you will visit Fatehpur sikiri – a city founded by a 16th-century Mughal emperor. After arriving in Delhi, check in to the hotel, then you will proceed to explore the 16th century Agra Fort also known as the “Lal – Qila”, house to a number of exquisite buildings and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Agra fort, Shah Jahan spent his last days imprisoned by his son, Aurangzeb. After Agra Fort you will visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, people also refer to it as Baby Taj Mahal because it has Minars(towers) similar to that of the Taj Mahal. In the evening visit local markets and buy some handicrafts for your family and friends. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 08 – Agra – Delhi – Varanasi / flight

On the eight day of your tour, you will visit the beautiful Taj Mahal at Sunrise to experience the stunning sunrise view of the monument. There you can spend an hour taking photographs and relaxing in the lush green gardens of the Taj Mahal. After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our driver will take you to the Delhi airport to catch your flight to Varanasi, after arriving, you will be received by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel. In the evening after taking rest you can have dinner. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 09- Varanasi

Varanasi is a Holy city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh dating to the 11th century B.C. In the morning proceed for a boat ride at river Ganga. After Breakfast, visit Tulsi Manas Temple, Durga devi temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Vanaras Hindu University, after lunch an excursion to Sarnath – the very place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Must-see places in Sarnath are the Dhamekha stupa, Buddhist temples, the archaeological museum. In the evening, visit Ganga ghat to attend the Aarti ceremony. After having dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 10 – Varanasi – Delhi/ flight

On the last day of your tour, after breakfast check out of the hotel. We will drop you at the Varanasi airport to catch your flight for Delhi, from Delhi catch your International flight back home.
