Day 01 – Bangalore – Mysore

Welcome to your 9 Nights 10 Days Mysore – Ooty with Kerala tour. After arriving at the Bangalore Airport you will be greeted by our representative, who will escort you to Mysore- a city in India’s southwestern Karnataka state, it was the capital of Kingdom of Mysore from 1399 to 1947. In its center is the opulent Mysore Palace, seat of the former ruling Wodeyar dynasty. The palace blends Hindu, Islamic, Gothic and Rajput styles. Mysore is also home to the centuries-old Devaraja Market, filled with spices, silk and sandalwood. After reaching Mysore, check in to your hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 02 – Mysore –Ooty

After breakfast visit Mysore Palace, it is the official residence and seat of the Wodeyars — the rulers of Mysore, the royal family of Mysore, who ruled the princely state from 1399 to 1950. Then visit Jaganmohan Palace is a palace in Mysore, in the princely city of Mysore, India. Its construction was completed in 1861 and was initially used by the Wodeyars, kings of Mysore as their home, Folk Lore Museum Mysore, Jayalakshmi Vilas, Mysore Zoo. After lunch proceed to Ooty. After reaching Ooty check in to the hotel. In the evening take rest. Have dinner and night stay at the hotel.

Day 03 – Ooty

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing in Ooty. Visit St. Stephen’s Church, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden – home to over 2,000 varieties of roses, Doddabetta peak, here you will get a beautiful view of the city, Tea Gardens etc. Explore local markets. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 04 – Ooty- Kodaikanal

After breakfast check out of your Ooty hotel , travel to Kodaikanal. Kodaikanal -a hill town in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It’s set in an area of granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls and grassy hills. At 2,000 meters above sea level, the town centers around man-made, star-shaped Kodaikanal Lake, bordered by evergreen forest. Rowing boats can be hired, and hikers and cyclists follow the 5k Lake Road path around the shore. On the way visit, the Palani Temples. Once you reach Kodaikanal, check-in to your hotel. In the evening you’re free to relax at your hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 05 – Kodaikanal

On day five of your Mysore – Ooty with Kerala tour, Post breakfast proceed to explore the beauty of Kodaikanal hill. Visit Kodaikanal Lake, also known as Kodai Lake is a man-made lake located in the Kodaikanal city. Then visit upper Lake view point, Pillar Rocks Viewpoint, Cocker’s Walk, Bear Shola Falls etc. In the evening you’re free to relax in your hotel. Enjoy the encompassing beauty of the place. Have dinner and stay for the night at your hotel.

Day 06 – Kodikanal -Munnar

After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Munnar. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it’s surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak. After reaching your destination check in to your pre booked hotel. Have dinner and night stay at hotel.

Day 07 – Munnar

After breakfast proceed to explore the locals sight in and around of the beautiful hill station. You will get to visit Mattupatty Dam, Echo Point, also visit Tata Tea Plantation, Munnar Tea Museum and then visit Ervikulam National Park, a 97 km² national park located in the beautiful hill along the Western Ghats in the Idukki district of Kerala in India, in the evening go back to your hotel. Have your dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 08 – Munnar – Alleppey (Houseboat):

Post breakfast check out your Munnar hotel and proceed to Alleppey also known as Alappuzha, a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It’s best known for houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of tranquil canals and lagoons. After arriving check in to your pre-booked Houseboat. Freshen up and have your lunch. Spend rest of the day enjoying the beautiful natural view of lagoons while relaxing on your houseboat. Have your dinner on the boat and rest for the night.

Day 09 – Alleppey – Kumarakom

After breakfast check out of the houseboat and check into the backwater resort. Kumarakom is placed on the banks of Lake Vembanad. Lush surroundings and peaceful ambiance are complete charmer, bringing-in tourists from across. Head towards Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, also known as Vembanad bird sanctuary. You can see there migratory birds such as Siberian Stork, Cuckoo, Waterfowls, Teals, Egrets, Herons, Darters, Wild Ducks, Brahminy Kites etc. Have dinner and rest for the night in your Backwater Resort.

Day 10 – Kumarakom – Cochin for departure

The last day of 9 Nights 10 Days Mysore – Ooty with Kerala tour. After breakfast, check out of the Resort. We will drop you at the Cochin airport to catch your flight back home.
