8 Nights 9 Days North India wildlife Tour with Taj Mahal

Day 01: Delhi Arrival

Welcome to North India wildlife Tour with Taj Mahal. After arriving at the Delhi airport you will be welcomed by our representative, who will escort you to your pre booked hotel. You must be tired so, after check in at the hotel take some rest and freshen up.

Later in the evening you can visit Red fort to enjoy the Light and sound show. Red fort was the residence of Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years. After dinner overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Delhi- Sariska

After breakfast checkout of the hotel and proceed to Sariska. Sariska National park is another famous Tiger reserve located in Rajasthan state of India. A notable feature of this reserve are its Bengal tigers. It is the first tiger reserve in the world to have successfully relocated tigers. After reaching Sariska check in to the hotel/ resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 03: Sariska National Park

In the morning go for Safari at National park. Apart from the Bengal tiger, the reserve includes many species of wild life, such as the Indian leopard, jungle cat, caracal, striped hyena, Indian jackal, chital, sambhar, nilgai, chinkara, four-horned antelope,wild boar, hare, hanuman langur, rhesus monkeys. Sasrika is also ethereal for bird watchers with some of the rarest feathered species like grey partridge, white-throated kingfisher, Indian peafowl, bush quail, sandgrouse, treepie, golden-backed woodpecker, crested serpent eagle and the Indian eagle-owl. After breakfast relax till lunch, after lunch go for another safari in the jungle. In the evening enjoy bonfire with tea/ coffee and snacks. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Sariska- Jaipur

After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Jaipur. Jaipur is the capital of India’s Rajasthan state. It evokes the royal family that once ruled the region and in 1727, founded what is now called the Old city, or “Pink city” for its trademark building colour. After reaching Jaipur check in to the hotel. After lunch explore the famous City Palace – a palace complex in Jaipur, visit Albert hall & Museum, Hawa Mahal – a palace in Jaipur, India, named so because it was essentially a high screen wall built so the women of the royal household could observe street festivals while remaining unseen from the outside. Also visit Jantar Mantar. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur- Ranthambore

After breakfast visit Amber fort – most famous monument of Jaipur, where you can enjoy an elephant ride and then visit Jaigarh fort. Check out of the hotel at 12:00 hrs and proceed to Ranthambore National Park. After reaching Ranthambore National park, check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy bonfire with tea/ coffee and snacks. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Ranthambore National Park

In the morning go for a Safari at National park. Ranthambore National Park is a vast wildlife reserve near the town of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, northern India. It is a former royal hunting ground and home to tigers, leopards and marsh crocodiles. Its landmarks include the imposing 10th-century Ranthambore Fort, on a hilltop, and the Ganesh Mandir temple. After breakfast day relax till lunch, after lunch go for another safari in the jungle. In the evening enjoy bonfire with tea/ coffee and snacks . Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Ranthambore – Bharatpur (Bird Sanctuary)

On day seven, after breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Bharatpur Sanctuary, The Bharatpur Sanctuary is a famous avifauna sanctuary that hosts thousands of birds, especially during the winter season. Over 230 species of birds are known to be resident. It is also a major tourist centre with scores of ornithologists arriving here in the hibernal season. It was declared a protected sanctuary in 1971. It is also a World Heritage Site. After reaching Bharatpur Sanctuary check in to the hotel. In the evening visit the park for the bird watching ride. After dinner overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08: Bharatpur – Agra

On the eighth day, after breakfast proceed to Agra – the city of marbles. En route visit Fatehpur sikiri. After reaching Agra , check in at the Agra hotel. Freshen up and take some rest, after lunch visit the 16th century Agra Fort also known as the “Lal – Qila”, house to a number of exquisite buildings and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After Agra Fort you will visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, it is also an architectural marvel, people also refer it as Baby Taj Mahal because it has Minars(towers) similar to that of the Taj Mahal. In the evening visit the local market and buy some local handicrafts for your family and friends. Have your dinner in a famous Mughal restaurant of the city. After dinner rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 09: Agra- Delhi (Depart)

Visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise for its unique view. Taj Mahal is an ivory-white marble mausoleum on the south bank of the Yamuna river of Agra city, a UNESCO World Heritage site was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz, that is why it is known as a symbol of love.  After breakfast check out of the Hotel and travel back to Delhi. After arriving in Delhi we will drop you at the Airport to take your flight for your journey ahead.
