Day 01: Delhi – Leh
Welcome to the 8 Nights 9 Days Beautiful Ladakh tour. After arriving at the Leh Airport you will be received by our representative, who will transfer you to your pre booked hotel. After check in at the hotel freshen up and have tea/coffee. Then later in the day proceed for the local tour of Leh valley, where you can visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. Relax in the Evening. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02: Leh Local Sight seeing
After breakfast proceed for a tour of Leh, where you will visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery & Stok Palace Museum. Rest overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Leh – Lamayuru – Ule
In the morning drive down to the Indus valley on a tour of the Lamayuru (approx. 130 kms.) circuit, famous for the dramatically located ancient Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining ‘Moonland’ features. After sightseeing and lunch here, retrace the Leh route till Uleytokpo (60 kms.) and check-in at a fixed camp/ resort for overnight stay
Day 04: Ule – Alchi – Leh
After the Breakfast drive to Leh. En route visit Alchi monastery and Hall of Fame. Arrive in Leh by afternoon, check in to the hotel, have lunch and spend the evening relaxing. Have your dinner and rest for the night.
Day 05: Leh- Nubra valley via Khardungla pass
After Breakfast we will take you to Nubra Valley via Khardungla , the Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft. Arrive at Hundur by afternoon. Lunch at Camp, rest of the day you’re free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages. Go for a camel Safari in the Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Villages. Have dinner and stay overnight at the Camp/ Resort.
Day 06: Nubra valley- Leh via Khardungla pass
After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery, where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley. Drive back to Leh by the same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. After reaching Leh, check in to the hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 07: Leh – Pangong Lake
After breakfast proceed for an excursion to Pangong Lake (approx. 300 kms round trip, located on the Indo-China Border), via Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.). Pangong Lake (alt: 14,500 ft.) is 4-5 kms wide and about 140 kms long, of which about two-third lies on the other side of the Indo-China border. After sightseeing around the lake, drive back to Leh, reaching there around late afternoon/evening. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 08: Pangong Lake- Leh
Early in the morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sunrise on the lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, en route visit Hemis, Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. After reaching Leh, check in to the hotel. In the evening you’re free to spend time on your own. Have dinner and rest overnight at the hotel.
Day 09: Leh – Depart
The last day of your Welcome to the 8 Nights 9 Days Beautiful Ladakh tour, after breakfast at hotel we will transfer you to the Leh airport to board your flight towards your next destination.
