Day 01: Bangalore Arrival

We Delight India Holiday welcome you at 7 Nights 8 Days The scent of sandalwood tour. After you arrive at the Bangalore airport you will be received by our representative, who will escort you to the pre booked hotel. After check in the hotel get fresh and then go for a half day Bangalore City tour. Visit Tippu’s palace, Lalbaug, Vidhana Soudha, Venkatappa Art Gallery. Have dinner and stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 02: Bangalore –Mysore

On the second day, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Mysore. After reaching Mysore check in to the hotel, then visit Mysore Palace, a historical palace in the city of Mysore in Karnataka, southern India. It is the official residence and seat of the Wodeyars- the royal family of Mysore, who ruled the princely state from 1399 to 1950. Then visit Jaganmohan Palace, Its construction was completed in 1861 and was initially used by the Wodeyars as their home. A few other attractions of the city are Folk Lore Museum Mysore, Jayalakshmi Vilas, Mysore Zoo, Chamunda Hills from where you will get a beautiful view of Mysore City.  Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 03: Mysore-Ooty

After breakfast proceed to Ooty. Ooty, also known as Udhagamandalam, is a hill station in the state of Tamil Nadu, in southern India. Surrounded by trees, central Ooty Lake is a huge artificial expanse of water with pleasure boats. On the slopes of nearby Elk Hill, the Rose Garden is home to over 2,000 varieties of roses. The Government Botanical Garden, created in the 19th century, features ferns, orchids and a prehistoric, fossilized tree. After arriving in Ooty, check in to the hotel. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Ooty

After breakfast proceed for a sightseeing tour of Ooty. Visit St. Stephen’s Church, Botanical Garden, Rose Garden – home to over 2,000 varieties of roses, Doddabetta peak, here you will get a beautiful view of the city, Tea Gardens etc. Explore local markets. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 05: Ooty- Bandipur

After breakfast proceed to Bandipur. Bandipur National Park, an 874-sq.-km forested reserve in the southern Indian state of Karnataka, is known for its small population of tigers. Once the private hunting ground of the Maharajas of Mysore, the park also harbors Indian elephants, spotted deer, gaurs (bison), antelopes and numerous other native species. The 14th-century Himavad Gopalaswamy Temple offers a view from the park’s highest peak. Check in to the hotel/ resort after arriving in Bandipur. In the evening relax and enjoy at the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 06: Bandipur National Park

In the morning go for a Jungle Safari, then have breakfast at the Resort. You’re free to relax till lunch and after lunch go for another Safari in search or Tigers and other wild life in Bandipur Jungle. In the evening have tea/ coffee in the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 07: Bandipur-Bangalore

After breakfast check out of the hotel in Bandipur and proceed to Bangalore. After arriving check in to the hotel. Take some rest and freshen up, in the evening you can explore the city. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 08: Bangalore (depart)

On the last day of your 7 Nights 8 Days The scent of sandalwood tour. After breakfast check out of the hotel and we will drop you at the Bangalore airport to take flight back home. End your tour with sweet memories.
