Day 01 – Cochin Arrival:

We at Delight India Leisure Holiday welcome you to your 7 Nights 8 Days North Kerala tour. After arriving at the Cochin airport you will be WELCOMED by our representative, who will escort you to your pre-booked hotel. After checking in take some rest and freshen up, then proceed to see the local sights in Cochin. Cochin is popularly known as the Queen of Arabian Sea, also boasts of one of the finest natural harbors in the world. Visit Mattancherry Palace also know as the Dutch Palace, Paradesi Synagogue, Chienese Fishing Net, St. Francis CSI Church in Fort Kochi, originally built in 1503, is the oldest European church in India and has great historical significance as a mute witness to the European colonial struggle in the subcontinent, then visit Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica at Fort Kochi, and Hill Palace- the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, it was the official residence of Cochin Maharaja. Later visit Marine drive. Then back to the hotel to rest for the night.

Day 02 – Cochin – Guruvayur:

After breakfast, you will leave for Guruvayoor. Upon your arrival, check-in at the hotel and then leave to explore the famous cultural places of Guruvayor. Some of the best places to explore in Guruvayoor are St. Thomas Church; it was established in 52 AD by St Thomas, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ, Chavakkad Beach, Guruvayoor temple and Mammiyoor Temple. In the evening you’re free to relax at your hotel. After dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 03 – Guruvayur- Calicut:

On day three you will leave for Calicut, a 108 kilometer drive that takes around three hours to complete. Upon your arrival, check-in at the resort and leave to explore the famous attraction of Calicut including, visit Mananchira, Kallayi river, Kozhikode Beach, also you can visit Kadalundi Bird Sanctuary, local markets etc. You’re free in the evening. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 04 – Calicut-Palakkad:

On the fourth day of your Kerala tour, after breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Palakkad. After arriving check in to your hotel. Here you will get to visit Palakkad fort, Dhoni Waterfalls, Viswanatha Swamy Temple. Relax in your hotel in the evening. Have dinner and rest for the night.

Day 05 – Palakad – Munnar:

On the 5^th day of your Kerala tour, after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to Munnar. A hill station and former resort for the British Raj elite, it’s surrounded by rolling hills dotted with tea plantations established in the late 19th century. Eravikulam National Park, a habitat for the endangered mountain goat Nilgiri tahr, is home to the Lakkam Waterfalls, hiking trails and 2,695m-tall Anamudi Peak. After reaching your destination check in to your pre booked hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 06 – Munnar:

After breakfast proceed for local sight in and around of the beautiful hill station where you will visit Mattupatty Dam, Echo Point, also visit Tata Tea Plantation, Munnar Tea Museum  and then visit Ervikulam National Park, a 97 km² national park located in the beautiful hill along the Western Ghats in the Idukki district of Kerala in India, evening back to hotel. Have your dinner and night stay at hotel.

Day 07 – Munnar -Alleppey:

Post breakfast check out of your Munnar hotel and proceed to Alleppey also known as Alappuzha, a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It’s best known for houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of tranquil canals and lagoons. After arriving check in to your pre booked Houseboat. Freshen up and have your lunch. Spend rest of the day enjoying the beautiful natural view of lagoons while relaxing on your houseboat. Have your dinner on the boat and rest for the night.

Day 08 – Alleppey – Kochi (depart):

On the last day of your 7 Nights 8 Days North Kerala tour, after breakfast in houseboat, pack your luggage and check out the boat till 9:00am. Our driver will drop you at the Cochin airport to take your return flight back home.
