6 Nights 7 Days Rejuvenating Kerala Ayurveda Tour

Day 01 – Arrival at Cochin:

After arriving at the Cochin airport you will be WELCOMED by our representative, who will escort you to your pre-booked hotel. After checking in take some rest and freshen up, then proceed to see the local sights in Cochin. Cochin is popularly known as the Queen of Arabian Sea, also boasts of one of the finest natural harbors in the world. Visit Mattancherry Palace also know as the Dutch Palace, Paradesi Synagogue, Chienese Fishing Net, St. Francis CSI Church in Fort Kochi, originally built in 1503, is the oldest European church in India and has great historical significance as a mute witness to the European colonial struggle in the subcontinent, then visit Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica at Fort Kochi, and Hill Palace- the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, it was the official residence of Cochin Maharaja. Later visit Marine drive. Then back to the hotel to rest for the night.

Day 02 – Cochin – Alleppey (Houseboat):

After breakfast proceed to Alappuzha, a city on the Laccadive Sea in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It’s best known for houseboat cruises along the rustic Kerala backwaters, a network of tranquil canals and lagoons. After arriving check in to your pre booked Houseboat. Freshen up and have your lunch. Spend rest of the day enjoying the beautiful natural view of lagoons while relaxing on your houseboat. Have your dinner on the boat and rest for the night.

Day 03 – Alleppey – Kovalam:

After breakfast at Houseboat check out the boat and proceed to Kovalam. Kovalam is a coastal town in the southern Indian state of Kerala, its beaches have been a tourist attraction for many years. Kovalam is a place rich with Ayurveda, Yoga, meditation, culture, history, ethnic people, music and good food – a tourist’s paradise. After arriving you will be free to relax at the Kovalam beach during your stay. After dinner, rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 04,05,06 – Kovalam:

Post breakfast, after consultations with the in house doctors. You can take Ayurveda therapy, Spa, Yoga, Massage etc as per your need, you can share any health concern with the in-house doctor.  You will get a highly motivated and committed team of doctors and therapists, with the highest level of knowledge in Ayurvedic treatments. In the evening spend your time relaxing at the Kovalam beach. After dinner, rest for the night at your resort.

Day 07 – Kovalam – Trivandrum

The last day of your Rejuvenating Kerala Ayurveda Tour after breakfast check out the hotel and proceed to Trivandrum. We will droop you at airport to take your flight towards journey ahead.
