Day 01, Trivandrum –Kovalam arrival:

After arriving at the Trivandrum airport you will be WELCOMED by our representative, who will transfer you to the pre booked hotel at Kovalam. Kovalam is a coastal town in the southern Indian state of Kerala, the famous beach among tourist for many years. Kovalam is a place rich with Ayurveda Yoga meditation, culture, history, the ethnic people, the music and the food – a tourist’s paradise. After reaching Kovalam check in the hotel and relax at the Kovalam beach. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.

Day 02,03,04,05: Kovalam:

In these four days after breakfast at your resort, after consultations with the in house doctors. You can take Ayurveda therapy, Spa, Yoga, Massage etc as per your need, you can share any health concern with the in-house doctor. You will get a highly motivated and committed team of doctors and therapists, with the highest level of knowledge in Ayurvedic treatments. In the evening spend your time relaxing at the Kovalam beach. After dinner, rest for the night at your resort.

Day 06: Kovalam – Trivandrum

On the last day of your Kovalam Ayurveda Tour, after breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Trivandrum. We will drop you at the airport to take your flight towards your journey ahead.
