Day 01 – Arrival at Cochin:
We Delight India Holiday welcome you to your 5 Nights 6 Days Kerala Ayurveda & Spa with Backwater tour. After arriving at the Cochin airport you will be WELCOMED by our representative, who will escort you to your pre-booked hotel. After checking in take some rest and freshen up. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.
Day 02 – Cochin:
After breakfast proceed for a local tour of the City. Cochin is popularly known as the Queen of Arabian Sea, also boasts of one of the finest natural harbors in the world. Visit Mattancherry Palace also know as the Dutch Palace, Paradesi Synagogue, Chienese Fishing Net, St. Francis CSI Church in Fort Kochi, originally built in 1503, is the oldest European church in India and has great historical significance as a mute witness to the European colonial struggle in the subcontinent, then visit Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica at Fort Kochi, and Hill Palace- the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, it was the official residence of Cochin Maharaja. Later visit Marine drive. Then back to the hotel to rest for the night.
Day 03 – Cochin – Kumarakom:
After breakfast check out of your hotel and proceed to Kumaraho. Kumarakom is a village on Vembanad Lake in the backwaters of Kerala, southern India. It’s laced with canals, where houseboats ply the waters. Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is home to many species including cuckoos and Siberian storks. Nearby, the Bay Island Driftwood Museum displays wooden sculptures. In the lake, Pathiramanal Island is a haven for rare migratory birds. After arriving check in to your Hotel/Resort, you can go for a Spa. You’re free to relax at your Backwater Resort in the evening. Have diner and rest for the night in your resort.
Day 04 – Kumarakom:
On the fourth day of your Kerala Ayurveda & Spa with Backwater tour. After breakfast you can take Ayurveda Massage at Resort, later you can visit Kumarakom Birds sanctuary, local village. Have diner and rest overnight.
Day 05 – Kumarakom- Alleppey (Backwater Houseboat):
After breakfast check out of the backwater Resort at Kumarakom and proceed to board your Houseboat. Enjoy the Kerala backwater cruise through Vembanad Lake. Paddy Fields, Kuttanadan Backwater life, Fishing, Toddy Shops, Backwater islands, etc. This is the only region where it’s possible to cultivate rice below sea level. Your Lunch, evening snacks, Tea/coffee and Dinner will be provided on board. Spend the night in the Houseboat.
Day 06 – Alleppey- Cochin (depart):
On the last day of your 5 Nights 6 Days Kerala Ayurveda & Spa with Backwater tour, after breakfast at houseboat, pack your luggage and check out the boat till 9:00am. Our driver will drop you at the Cochin airport to take your return flight back home.
