Day 01: Mumbai Arrival
We at Delight India Holiday welcome you to the 11 Nights 12 Days Central India Tigers trail with Taj Mahal tour. After arriving at the Mumbai International Airport meet our representative, who will escort you to the hotel. After checking in get take some rest and freshen up. Later you can visit Gateway of India, Marin Drive, Kamala Neheru park, Haji Ali , Juhu Chowpatty etc. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.
Day 02: Mumbai- Nagpur by flight – Pench
After breakfast check out the hotel. We will drop you at Mumbai airport to take your flight for Nagpur. After arriving in Nagpur you will be received by our representative who will escort you to Pench. This National Park is one of the most famous Tiger reserve’s in Central India. After reaching Pench check in to the hotel/resort. In the evening enjoy tea/coffee and snacks at the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 03: Pench National Park
In the morning proceed for a Jungle safari. Then breakfast at Resort. Relax till Lunch. After lunch you will go for the second round of safari. Tiger sighting is a matter of luck, so enjoy the jungle safari in all way by doing bird watching, mammals watching, knowing about trees, reptiles etc. In the evening enjoy tea/coffee and snacks at the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 04: Pench – Kanha
After breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to Kanha. Kanha National Park, also known as Kanha Tiger Reserve, is a vast expanse of grassland and forest in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. Tigers, jackals and wild pigs can be spotted in Kanha Meadows. The elevated plateau of Bamhnidadar is home to birds of prey. Animals often gather at the watering holes of Sondar Tank and Babathenga Tank. The park’s flora and fauna are documented in the park’s Kanha Museum. After arriving at your destination check in to the hotel/resort. In the evening enjoy tea/ coffee and snacks at the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 05: Kanha National Park
In the morning our jeep will pick up you from hotel for a safari in Kanha National Park. Have breakfast at the Resort. Enjoy some free time till Lunch. After lunch go for another round of safari. In the evening enjoy tea/coffee, snacks at the resort. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.
Day 06: Kanha – Bandhavgarh
Post breakfast you will check out of the hotel/resort at Kanha and proceed to Bandhavgarh, another famous Tiger reserve & National Park of Central India. This bio-diverse park is known for its large population of royal Bengal tigers, especially in the central Tala zone. Other animals include white tigers, leopards and deer. The mix of tropical forest, Sal trees and grassland is home to scores of bird species, including eagles. To the south are the remains of the ancient Bandhavgarh Fort. After reaching your destination check in at the hotel. In the evening enjoy tea/ coffee and snacks at the Resort. Have dinner and rest for the night at the hotel.
Day 07: Bandhavgarh National Park
On the seventh day proceed for an early morning Jungle safari. Bandhavgarh is also the home of sloth bear, leopard, porcupine, wild boar, sambhar and spotted deer. After the Safari back to your hotel for breakfast. Enjoy some free time till Lunch. After lunch get ready for the 2nd round in the search of Tigers at the National park. In the evening enjoy tea/ coffee and snacks at the resort. Have dinner and rest for the night at the hotel.
Day 08: Bandhavgarh- Khajuraho
After breakfast at resort pack your luggage and proceed to Khajuraho. Its 6 hours journey (238.0 km) from Bandhavgarh to Khajuraho. After reaching Khajuraho check in to the hotel. You must be tired, so take some rest and freshen up. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.
Day 09: Khajuraho
The Khajuraho Group of Monuments is a group of Hindu and Jain temples in Madhya Pradesh, India. They are one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India. After breakfast at your hotel proceed for a tour of the Religious Heritage city. Visit Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple, Javari Temple, Duladeo Temple, Vamana Temple, Devi Jagadambi etc. In the evening you can view the light and sound show at the Temple. Have dinner and rest for the night at your hotel.
Day 10: Khajuraho- Jhansi- Agra
On the tenth day of your tour, after breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed towards Orcha, visit Orcha fort, Jahangir Mahal, Laxminarayan Temple, then visit Jhansi fort. In the evening we will drop you at the Jhansi Railway station. Board your train to Agra. After arriving in Agra check in to the hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 11: Agra-Delhi
On day eleven visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise, experience the stunning view of the Monument in the early morning. Spend an hour taking photographs and relaxing in the lush green gardens of the Taj Mahal. Then come back to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast visit the 16th century Agra Fort also known as the “Lal – Qila”, the houses of a number of exquisite buildings and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After Agra Fort you will visit the tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, people also refer it as Baby Taj Mahal because it has Minars(towers) similar to that of the Taj Mahal. After lunch driven back to Delhi, at reaching Delhi check in at the hotel. Have dinner and rest for the night.
Day 12: Delhi depart
